The annual Nebraska Young Artist Awards recognizes Nebraska high school juniors who are talented in art, music, dance, theatre, or film & emerging media. Students were selected based on the quality of their art by UNL faculty and will be honored in an awards ceremony on the University of Nebraska Lincoln campus on April 3rd. Three SV juniors received the NYA award this year in Visual Art: congratulations Brooklyn Santifer, Ehme Linner, and Emily Layton! One of the artworks they submitted in their portfolio will be on display at the Medici Gallery on UNL campus.
