The SV boys and the SV/Arapahoe girls team had quite a day at the Elm Creek invite. They took home twelve medals today! Great job Eagles!
High school basketball plays in Holdrege tonight. Girls JV starts at 4:30 PM. At 6:00 PM, the boys JV play in the middle school gym(2QTS). The girls varsity also play at 6:00 PM, in the high school gym. Then, the boys varsity will follow.
The girls and boys wrestling teams have a meet today in Elm Creek. It starts at 10:00 AM. Good luck!

**Schedule Change**
Due to a conflict at the bowling alley, the dual vs. Arapahoe next Thursday, January 23 will now start @ 2:30 pm at Gutterz Fun Center in Holdrege. Senior Night will still occur after the dual and the planned start time for Senior Night is now 5:00 pm.
SV BBB took on a very good Chase County team and came up on the short end as both V & JV lost. Both teams will play in Holdrege on Friday.
SV GBB traveled to Chase County on Tuesday and both teams corralled the Longhorns. They will play again in Holdrege on Friday.

Today, the high school basketball teams travel to Imperial to play Chase County. At 5:00 PM the girls varsity will play, along with the boys JV (2 quarters). At 6:30 PM the boys varsity will play, along with the girls JV(4 quarters). These are all in CENTRAL TIME.
Bowling took on Superior in our home opener today. While we came up short in the team score we did have multiple kids get their all-time high scores. Way to go: Amber, Stephani, Chad & Lorelie!!

Southern Valley Schools will be hosting their annual silent auction on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the home basketball games vs. Alma. Both GBB (46-41) and BBB (42-31) came home with victories vs Arapahoe on Saturday. JV boys can up a little short in their game. They will play travel to Chase County on Tuesday.
