
Bringing home 8 individual state champions (Adi x2), 12 individual state runner-ups, a total of 41 medals, and the team runner-up trophy. So proud of these students!


Congratulations to Mrs. McQuay and the SV Journalism Team for placing 2nd at the NSAA Championships. This is the 4th consecutive year for earning the Runner-Up Trophy. We had several gold medalists and other medalists. We will post those later on Social Media.

This afternoon SV held a spring activity pep rally for FBLA, FCCLA, Quiz Bowl, Future Problem Solvers, Band, Choir, FFA, and Journalism. Congratulations to those groups who've already held their spring contests. Good luck to Quiz Bowl and Journalism who compete next week.

Fifteen students attended the Fort Hays State high school art day; they set up our school display, looked at great artworks from many schools, and toured the collegeās art facilities. Congratulations to all the art students receiving 25 awards today! Way to go eagles!
